Sahsons is a pioneer in rural advertising and marketing, specializing in using folk media as an interactive tool for brand promotion. The journey began in 1997 with outdoor advertising projects for M/s. Calcutta Soft Drink Pvt. Ltd. (Taratala). In 1998, the company expanded into rural campaigning in association with the “Ogilvy Rural Communication Network,” a division of Ogilvy & Mather.

Since then, Sahsons has successfully executed campaigns for leading brands such as Lifebuoy, Sunlight, Wheel, Lux, and Wills Flake. In 2002, the company delivered a unique school campaign for the product “Perk,” where brand values and recall were effectively communicated through local cultural and social mediums, particularly folk performances.

In 2012, Adroit was established as a partnership firm under the name Adroit Rural Marketing, backed by a highly energetic team with deep understanding of the cultural landscape of rural regions across West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Assam. This expertise enables the selection and use of the most effective folk formats for impactful rural brand promotions.
